Purposes and data
Account: email, profile, plan. Scans persist only with an account (target IP/geo via DNS + ipwho.is, CT, redirects). Guest: IP hash for rate limiting; the report is not stored. Public share only on request, 7 days. Deep: artifacts. Feedback. Monitoring if you turn it on.
Recipients
Pro payments are processed by Stripe (Link) as merchant of record. nyaack stores only customer and subscription identifiers, not card details. Providers, each for their own function: Supabase, Vercel, Railway (Deep), ipwho.is, Cloudflare DNS; some checks also use LeakIX, Google Web Risk, OpenPhish, and GitHub.
Data-subject rights
Access, rectification, export, and erasure: from Settings you can download a JSON file and delete the account (scans, shares, avatar). An active Stripe subscription is cancelled. Processor and Supabase backups follow their DPAs. Otherwise: support@nyaack.app.
