Terms of Service
These terms and conditions govern access to nyaack. The supplier provides pre-release software. Payment accepts the current product baseline: not a finished service and not a pentest.
Parties
Supplier: Anzhelo Raponi, sole trader trading as Nerori Studio, Dublin 7, Ireland. Contact: support@nyaack.app. Customer: anyone who creates an account or subscribes to Pro. This is not a limited company.
Product description
nyaack compiles one HTTP subject (a URL or a host): it makes visible what was compiled, what was only named, and what was not done. A Pro subscription is a licence to use the Pro features on the baseline at the time of payment (for example Deep and account limits). The fee covers that access and funds hosting and development. It is not a donation and not a 'safe site' seal on the compiled target. Any alpha list-price discount is a commercial decision on the Stripe price, not a legal category.
As-is baseline
Pro is supplied as-is: in its current configuration, with no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. There is no SLA. No tolerances are set for availability, completeness, or freedom from error. The public channel (alpha, then beta) is the product's configuration status.
Scope and quality criteria
Declared quality criterion: compile ≠ name ≠ attack. A dossier is not an audit, not Nuclei, not a pentest. The compile is not claimed to be exhaustive of a site, an organisation, or a threat. Decisions taken on a dossier remain the customer's.
Acceptance
Acceptance occurs by creating an account, consenting to the digital service starting immediately, and/or completing payment. You accept the baseline in force at that time. A Deep job already run is not a returnable product.
Change control
Features, limits, and availability may change, pause, or be withdrawn without a new agreement on every release. Movement of the baseline, by itself, is not a breach.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Irish law and EU consumer protections, the supplier is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or operational decisions based on a dossier. Liability that the law does not allow to be excluded remains.
Charges
Pro subscriptions are charged through Stripe Managed Payments. On those transactions Stripe, via Link, is the merchant of record: it collects payment, issues receipts, calculates and remits VAT and other indirect taxes, and handles payment fraud and disputes. Your statement may show LINK.COM together with NYAACK PRO. Card details stay with Stripe; we store only customer and subscription identifiers. Payment support: Stripe/Link. Withdrawal and termination
EU consumers: 14-day withdrawal, unless you consent to the digital service starting immediately (in which case withdrawal on that access is lost). Cancel the subscription in the customer portal under Settings or via Link, typically at period end. A discount at Stripe Checkout is still a subscription.
Governing law
Except where mandatory consumer rules apply, Irish law governs. EU consumers keep the rights of their country of residence.
