What alpha means
0.x stays alpha until the scan loop, billing, and account deletion hold. Pro is as-is: no SLA, no warranty of completeness or freedom from error. The price pays for current access and hosting.
It is not a pentest and not a 'safe site' seal on the compiled subject.
Base and Pro
Base: an account, saved hybrid compile, history, activity/alerts/reports. Pro: €8/month tax inclusive, Deep (a browser on the subject) and Watch. The list is on /plans. We do not mint a Pro+.
Watch
Pro only. Pulse (DNS, cert, hash) then a hybrid digest, up to 10 hosts. Base is not in the tick. Cancel at period end: you stay Pro until that date, then Watch stops.
Confirm email
After signup you land on /verify-email. The mail link opens a button on that page; it does not confirm by itself. If the link was already used or has expired, the page says so; you can resend from there. Check spam. The sender is transactional (noreply), not support@.
Cancel
From Settings, Billing opens the Stripe portal when a customer exists. Cancellation is at period end: you stay Pro until that date. Deleting the account cancels an active subscription immediately.
Who answers on payment
Charge, receipt, VAT, card, dispute: Stripe/Link. Product, access, fence: support@nyaack.app. A discount is a Stripe Checkout promotion code, not an in-app code.
Export and deletion
From Settings: a JSON of your data; deletion (scans, shares, avatar). Processor and Supabase backups follow their DPAs. Otherwise: support@nyaack.app.
Guest
No history. Rate limit by IP. Passive: no CT, LeakIX, or Deep. Hybrid and history need a Base account.
